Margot started as an employment lawyer at Bird & Bird in 2020. In 2022, she joined Workx. Margot has experience working with international clients and assists both employers and employees.
Before Margot became a lawyer, she worked in the legal team of a scale-up. Her practical experience at a fast-growing international company helps her when advising clients.
