Martine started her career in 2012 at SWDV Attorneys, where she initially worked in employment law and corporate law. After a short while, she decided to focus on employment law. She specializes in individual and collective dismissals, employment conditions and reorganisations. Her in depth knowledge of (international) corporate law proves to be valuable in many employment law matters.
Martine studied International and European law at the University of Tilburg, where she obtained two Master degrees. During her second Master, International Business Law, she studied in Paris at l’Institut d’études politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) for one semester.

Martine completed the first part of post-academic course Employment, Enterprise and Employee Participation (“Leergang Arbeid, Medezeggenschap en Onderneming”) and the post-academic course in employment law (Post Academische Leergang Arbeidsrecht).
Martine is a member of the Association for Junior Employment Lawyers (“Vereniging voor Jonge Arbeidsrecht Advocaten”) and the Association for Employment Law (“de Vereniging voor Arbeidsrecht”).
