Justine has been a lawyer since May 2019 and joined the Workx Advocaten team in February 2022. She advises and litigates on all aspects of employment law, representing both employers and employees with equal dedication.
Before joining Workx, Justine worked at NautaDutilh as an employment lawyer. During her time there, she also advised on (international) IPOs. At Workx, she was seconded for several months as Legal Employment Counsel at Tesla, where she gained valuable experience in a dynamic, international environment.
Clients appreciate Justine for her personal approach, sharp insight, and pragmatic advice. She effortlessly switches between advisory and litigation roles and is fully committed to representing her clients interests. Her expertise includes reorganizations, employee participation (works council) matters, individual and collective dismissals, and incapacity for work.
In 2023, she successfully completed the Postgraduate Course in Employment Law.
