Julia joined the Workx Advocaten team in June 2025, but has been active in the world of employment law since 2016. With her extensive experience, she knows exactly how the game is played, from day-to-day dismissal cases to complex legal issues involving collective agreements and corporate takeovers.
In recent years, Julia mainly focused on reorganizations, business acquisitions, and the dynamics of flexible labor relations. Whether it’s a strategic issue at board level or guiding an individual employee through dismissal, Julia combines her sharp legal insight with an accessible and pragmatic approach.
Clients appreciate her clear communication, solution-oriented mindset, and her ability to always stay one step ahead.
In addition, Julia enthusiastically shares her knowledge as a lecturer in the Employment Law program for HR professionals, an initiative by Workx in collaboration with SDU.
