In 2011, Jochem co-founded Workx Advocaten, driven by the ambition to build a law firm that is specialized, approachable, and entrepreneurial.
Before that, he spent several years in the employment law department at NautaDutilh in Amsterdam’s Zuidas district, where he also served as chairman of the Works Council.
Jochem advises employers, executive board members, senior employees, and works councils. His practice is broad, covering all aspects of employment law. In recent years, he has developed particular expertise in complex restructurings, executive matters, employee participation, and litigation.
His style? Practical, strategic, and sharp. Always with an eye for the client’s wishes — but just as much for their legal position.
