Jochem is co-founder and partner of Workx advocaten. He has extensive experience in individual and collective employment law. His clients include both employers and employees.
Before Jochem started Workx advocaten in 2011, he worked for years as an employment law specialist with NautaDutilh. For three years, Jochem served as the chairman of NautaDutilh’s works council. This practical experience has proven particularly useful when advising clients on works council matters.
Jochem advises and litigates frequently on dismissal, restrictive covenants, expats and international employment law matters.
Jochem completed the post-academic course in employment law (Post Academische Leergang Arbeidsrecht).
He is a member of the Dutch Employment Lawyers’ Association (Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland) and the Amsterdam Employment Lawyers’ Association (Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Amsterdam).
