Laetitia
Wezenbeek
Laetitia has been a lawyer since 2023 and has gained experience in both Corporate M&A and Employment Law. She has been with Workx Advocaten since 2026, where she assists employees and employers in a wide range of employment law disputes, including dismissal cases, changes to terms and conditions of employment, and reorganisations. She is also closely involved in the due diligence practice.
Laetitia studied law at Utrecht University and spent half a year at National Taiwan University, where she studied economics. She then went on to complete a Master’s degree in Health Law at the University of Amsterdam and a Master’s degree in Health Economics, Policy & Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Having grown up in an international environment in Belgium, she feels at home in several languages and cultures – a background that stands her in good stead in her work with international clients. Laetitia assists clients in Dutch, English and French.

Outside work, Laetitia enjoys sports such as hockey and running, and likes to relax with a book, a film or in the kitchen.
