Lodewijk started his career as a lawyer in 2012 at Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, where he worked for over seven years. Since then, he has been advising his own clients as an independent lawyer and is engaged as an external counsel on an interim basis by both larger and niche employment law firms. In this capacity, he has been part of the Workx team since 2026.
Lodewijk advises both employers and employees on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, including M&A transactions, remuneration-related matters, dispute resolution, employee participation, dismissal law, reorganizations, and severance arrangements.
