Wies started as legal counsel in 2016 and has been an employment lawyer since 2018. She completed her master’s degree in Employment Law at the University of Amsterdam and specialized as employment lawyer at a niche firm thereafter.

Wies litigates on individual and collective labor law, and offers her practical advice on these matters. This relates to among others disputes regarding reorganization, dismissal, non-competition and (long-term) incapacity for work. She also has a lot of experience in drafting and advising on standard employment documentation such as employee handbooks, employment contracts and bonus agreements.
