Juliette joined Workx advocaten in 2021 and is appointed as Partner since 1 January 2024. She enjoys working within the corporate employment law practice, but also enthusiastically pulls out the gown for court when necessary.

Before joining Workx, Juliette specialized in employment law at NautaDutilh from 2015 until 2021. Juliette has a personal approach in her work. She litigates and advises on a broad range of employment law topics such as reorganizations, business closures, collective bargaining law, co-determination law, individual and collective dismissal and disability.

Juliette also worked in the international arbitration practice. Her experience in litigation has proven very useful in employment law proceedings.

In 2019, Juliette successfully completed the post academic Grotius Specialization Course in Dutch Employment Law.

Juliette is a member of the Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland (VAAN) and is an active member at the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
